Supplier Management
Suppliers and contractors are key partners of the Company. To strengthen collaboration with suppliers and contractors and to enhance overall operational quality, LeadSun Greentech Group has established the “Supplier/Contractor Management Policy” and the “Contractor Occupational Safety and Health Management Guidelines” as the basis for internal management and implementation.
1.Sustainable Management Framework for Suppliers and Contractors
(1)Supplier/Contractor Management Policy
This policy defines the Company’s key focus areas for the sustainable management of suppliers and contractors,
covering labor and human rights, occupational safety and health, ethical business conduct, and environmental
sustainability, and clearly stipulates relevant management principles and implementation measures.
(2)Contractor Occupational Safety and Health Management Guidelines
For renewable energy project construction activities, LeadSun Greentech has separately established the
“Contractor Occupational Safety and Health Management Guidelines,” which set out detailed requirements and
management measures for occupational safety and health during the construction period. These guidelines clearly
define contractors’ safety responsibilities and minimum requirements to reduce operational risks and ensure
personnel safety.
2. Supplier and Contractor Management Measures
(1)Corporate Social Responsibility Commitment and Integrity, Anti-Corruption, and Confidentiality Commitment
Prior to cooperation with the Company, suppliers and contractors are required to sign a “Corporate Social
Responsibility Commitment” and an “Integrity, Anti-Corruption, and Confidentiality Commitment.” By doing so, they
commit to upholding corporate governance, labor rights, health and occupational safety, environmental protection,
and ethical standards, prohibit any dishonest conduct, and comply with confidentiality obligations. To date, a total
of 62 suppliers and contractors have signed the above commitments.
(2)Contractor Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection Commitment
LeadSun Greentech requires engineering contractors to commit to compliance with the Occupational Safety and
Health Act and other applicable laws and regulations promulgated by the Ministry of Environment and relevant
authorities. Contractors are required to implement disaster prevention programs and safety and health management
practices, provide all necessary personal protective equipment and safety training to construction personnel, and
conduct self-inspections of machinery, equipment, and tools to ensure construction safety and compliance with
environmental management regulations.
(3)Supplier Evaluation Mechanism
LeadSun Greentech conducts supplier evaluations at least once a year. Evaluation criteria include material or
construction quality management, engineering and technical capabilities, delivery and service performance, on-site
coperation, and sustainability management (ESG). Through the evaluation process, the Company communicates its
expectations regarding sustainability and regulatory compliance to suppliers and contractors. In 2025 ,supplier
evaluations were conducted 2 times.
