• The Company conducts timely trademark applications and registrations in alignment with its business expansion strategy.

• Where necessary, the Company takes legal action to prevent and address infringement, thereby safeguarding its trademark rights.

(2) Trade Secrets​

• The Company establishes confidentiality obligations for employees through internal policies, personal data protection measures, and confidentiality agreements.

• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are signed with key business partners to ensure proper handling and protection of sensitive information.

• Electronic access control systems are implemented in office areas to prevent unauthorized entry.

• Each department assigns dedicated personnel to manage and safeguard relevant documentation, including both physical and electronic records.

     Note: The Company currently does not have applicable patents or copyrights.

(3) Education & Internal Policies

• The Company provides intellectual property-related training on a periodic basis to strengthen employee awareness.

• The Company has established internal policies, including the “Code of Ethical Conduct,” “Whistleblowing Policy,” and “Personal Data Protection Policy,” which prohibit employees from engaging in activities that infringe upon trade secrets, trademarks, patents, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

• Any incidents involving potential infringement of the Company’s intellectual property rights or leakage of trade secrets may be reported, investigated, and handled in accordance with relevant procedures.​
