Lisheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. deeply understands that a healthy ecosystem is the cornerstone of all life, and that maintaining biodiversity is safeguarding our future. As a driver of energy transformation, we uphold the spirit of "coexisting and prospering with nature," integrating ecological conservation into our core operational values, and hereby formulate the "Biodiversity Commitment." This commitment applies to our company and all operating sites, and we encourage relevant suppliers, contractors, and partners to adhere to it.

 

Regarding the issue of biodiversity, we pledge:

1. Adhering to a rigorous site selection mechanism: following the regulations of each site location, priority is given to avoiding new business activities in nationally important biodiversity areas, ecologically sensitive areas or legally protected areas.

2. Implementing impact mitigation measures: If site development inevitably involves proximity to sensitive areas, a management sequence of "avoidance, mitigation, restoration, and offsetting" will be adopted to minimize the ecological impact.

3. Responding to sustainable forest management: By prioritizing the use of timber products from sustainably managed forests, with the long-term goal of not destroying forests, we reduce the negative impact of operational activities on forest resources.
