LeadSun Greentech Group adopts renewable energy investment and development as its core business strategy. By integrating diversified green energy models, including wind power, solar photovoltaic, fishery-solar symbiosis, agrivoltaics, energy storage, and carbon management, the Group continues to invest in the development of Taiwan’s green energy industry. Its primary business activities include the development, design, and engineering services of various power generation projects; power plant asset management and operation and maintenance services; energy storage and energy services; and renewable energy power sales.

In 2025, the Group increased capital in its subsidiaries by NT$80 million to support continued investments and development in various power generation projects and energy storage facilities. As of December 2025, including the Group’s solar photovoltaic projects, energy storage systems, and strategic green energy investments, the cumulative investment amount (including consolidated subsidiaries) reached approximately NT$387 million. The total installed capacity of renewable energy power plants under development and management was approximately 271 MW, with an estimated annual power generation of approximately 356 million kWh (Note 1) and an estimated annual carbon reduction of approximately 169,000 metric tons of CO₂e (Note 2).

The annual power generation is calculated using the following formula:
Annual Ideal Power Generation (kWh) = Installed Capacity of Solar Panels (kW) × Daily Sunshine Hours (hours/day) × 365 (days) × System Efficiency (%).
Daily sunshine hours are estimated at 4.5 hours. Considering factors such as equipment efficiency, dust, and ambient temperature, system efficiency is assumed to be 80%.
