I. Company Commitment

To fulfill its corporate social responsibility and protect the basic human rights of all employees, customers, and stakeholders, Lisheng Energy Technology adheres to the principles of international human rights conventions such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights, the Global Covenant of the United Nations, and the International Labour Organization of the United Nations. It respects internationally recognized basic human rights policies, including freedom of association, care for vulnerable groups, prohibition of child labor, elimination of all forms of forced labor, and elimination of employment and employment discrimination. It also complies with the labor laws and regulations of the locations where the company is located.

(I) Prohibition of Child Labor
Based on the social responsibility to protect the physical and mental development of children, the employment of child laborers under the age of 16 is strictly prohibited at any stage of manufacturing and sales.

(ii) Against forced labor

Forced labor or related coercive measures against employees are prohibited, including but not limited to: physical punishment, physical or psychological abuse or coercion, intimidation or other verbal violence, withholding of identity documents or other illegal forced labor.

(III) Freedom of Association and Collective Negotiation

  1. Respect employees' right to freely establish, join, and organize unions (in accordance with local laws and regulations), and ensure that employees are informed that they are free to join their chosen organizations without any adverse consequences or retaliation from the company.

  2. Provide internal communication channels so that employees can communicate openly with management without fear of retaliation, threats, or harassment.

(iv) No discrimination

  1. In matters concerning hiring, remuneration, training opportunities, promotion, dismissal, or retirement, there shall be no unfair treatment based on race, ethnicity or social origin, social class, bloodline, religion, physical disability, gender, sexual orientation, family responsibility, marital status, union membership, political opinion, age, or other discriminatory factors.

  2. Except for medical examinations required by law or to determine suitability for specific work, employees or prospective employees shall not be forced to undergo discriminatory medical examinations.

III. Specific Management Plan

1. Our company treats all employees fairly and respectfully, and implements human rights management in accordance with government labor laws and our established policies. We comply with all applicable wage and working hour regulations, and working hours are regulated by local laws, with no more than seven consecutive days of work allowed. We pay fair wages on time, provide a legally compliant leave and attendance management system, and a safe and healthy working environment. We ensure that all personnel working on our premises receive appropriate safety and health training, and support and assist in maintaining physical and mental health and work-life balance.

II. Education, Training, and Advocacy: Through annual human rights education and training courses, we promote human rights policies, workplace equality, and the prohibition of any bullying behavior to create a friendly and harmonious work environment. We strive to build a zero-harassment, gender-equal environment.

Third, our company adheres to the "Gender Equality in the Workplace Act" and does not discriminate against employees based on gender. Therefore, the relevant operating standards for employee performance, departmental performance, and salary systems are designed to ensure that employees are treated equally regardless of gender, and to prevent situations where equal work is paid unequally.
