According to the Company’s “Board Performance Evaluation Regulations”, the results of the Company’s internal and external performance evaluations of the Board of Directors shall be completed before the end of the first quarter of the following year. The scope of the evaluation is divided into the performance evaluation of the Board of Directors as a whole, individual members of the Board of Directors and functional committees.
The Company has conducted its self-assessment of the Board of Directors' performance for the 2024 fiscal year in accordance with the aforementioned procedures. This self-assessment was conducted using a questionnaire format, and the results and areas for future improvement were reported at the Board meeting on March 7, 2025.
